Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply only if services are undelivered or materially deficient. Booking amount (₹175) is non-refundable. Balance (₹950) refundable upon verified service failure.

Process

Submit refund requests via email (swasevaindia@gmail.com) within 7 days of service completion. Include transaction ID and reason for request.

Exceptions

No refunds for delays caused by government authorities or incorrect client-provided details.

Resolution

Refunds processed within 14 business days via original payment method.
