Eligibility
Services are intended for entrepreneurs and businesses. Licenses are not available for advocates, doctors, Chartered Accountants (CAs), or Company Secretaries (CSs).
Services
Includes Shop Act License registration, document rectification (ROD), business protection training, and consultancy.
Payment
Total investment: ₹2,999 (discounted offer: ₹1,125).
Booking amount (₹175) is non-refundable. Balance (₹950) payable via Cash on Delivery (COD) or UPI (chetanbangade@ybl).
Guarantees
5-year guarantee on PDF licenses. Claims must be submitted via email within 30 days of delivery.
User Responsibilities
Provide accurate information. Swaseva is not liable for errors due to incorrect client data.
Disputes
Governed by laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes subject to jurisdiction in Bhiwandi courts.
Amendments
Swaseva reserves the right to modify terms without prior notice.
