Why we exist
Millions of small businesses keep India moving, shops, workshops, transporters, clinics, coaching centres, food units. Most business services aren't built around how these owners actually work: in person, in their language, one problem at a time. Swaseva makes getting help simpler. You tell us what's going on; we tell you what it means and take care of it.
Where we came from
Swaseva started offline, in district towns, market streets and industrial areas. Our people sat across the counter from owners, read their notices, filled their forms and handed papers back. Many of them still know the owners by name.
2.5 lakh stories
2.5 lakh is not a number to us. Each one is a real business, a kirana in Satara, a workshop in Nashik, a transporter in Jalna, with a real problem that someone from Swaseva saw and helped sort out. That's the work. It hasn't changed.
Why online now
Owners told us the same thing in every town: I don't know the name of what I need, I just know what's wrong. Online, the same Swaseva team can now hear that from a phone, anywhere, and answer it. You still don't need to know the service name. You just tell us what's happening.
What we believe
You know your business. You shouldn't have to know everything else. Your work is your business. The registrations, returns, licences and notices around it are ours.
