Shipping & Delivery Policy

What we deliver

Swaseva sells services, not goods. What you receive is the completed work: a filed application, a registration certificate, a licence, a filed return, a reply to a notice, or a prepared document. Most of these are issued by the government department in electronic form and reach you as a PDF.

Digital delivery

• Certificates, acknowledgements, filed returns and prepared documents are sent to the email address and WhatsApp number on your order as soon as they are available.
• Where a department issues the document directly to you, by email, SMS or on a portal, we tell you how to download it and help you if you cannot.
• There is no delivery charge for digital delivery.

Physical delivery

• Where a service includes printed material, such as a physical certificate, a signboard, a licence to be displayed, labels or a file of your documents, it is handed to you by your Swaseva executive or sent by courier or India Post to the address on your order.
• Physical items are dispatched within 7 working days of the work being completed. Delivery within Maharashtra usually takes 2 to 5 working days from dispatch; elsewhere in India, 5 to 10 working days. We send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp when the item leaves us.
• Delivery charges, if any, are told to you before you confirm the order and shown on your invoice.
• Please check that the delivery address and phone number on your order are correct. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because nobody was available, we contact you and send it again at the actual courier cost.
• If an item arrives damaged, send us a photo at namaste@swaseva.com or +91 74477 00060 within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it free of charge.
• We deliver within India only.

Service timelines

The time a service takes depends on the department concerned. We tell you the expected time when you confirm the order and keep you informed at each step. Processing time at a government department is outside our control, and the delivery of the final document depends on it.
