Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. IP addresses are anonymised before they are stored. The language you choose is remembered in your browser so the site opens in that language next time.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website still works without them.
How we keep it safe
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access inside Swaseva is limited to the people who need it for your work, and every Swaseva executive signs a confidentiality undertaking and carries an identity card.
Documents containing Aadhaar, PAN or bank details are kept only as long as the government filing needs them. We ask you to share such documents directly with your assigned executive or through the channels we name, not on public platforms.
How long we keep it
We keep records of the services we performed, invoices and payment records for eight years, as required by the Companies Act, 2013 and tax law.
If you asked for a report or a call but did not buy a service, we keep your details for up to two years so we can follow up, and then delete them.
Copies of identity documents are deleted once the related filing is complete and the acknowledgement is received, unless a law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Under Indian law you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Stop sending you messages that are not about work in progress.
- Withdraw consent you gave earlier. We will then stop the processing that depended on it, though work already done cannot be undone.
