रिफंड व कॅन्सलेशन पॉलिसी

In short

You can cancel a service before we start work on it and get your professional fee back in full. Once work has started, we refund the part of the fee for work not yet done. Government fees we have already paid on your behalf cannot be refunded by us, because the department does not return them.

Cancelling before work starts

If you cancel before a Swaseva executive has begun preparing your application, we refund the full professional fee you paid. Any charge the payment gateway deducts is also borne by us. Tell us by phone, WhatsApp or email at namaste@swaseva.com with your order reference.

Cancelling after work has started

• If your documents have been collected and the application is being prepared but has not been filed, we refund the professional fee less a preparation charge of up to 25% of the fee.
• Once an application has been filed with a government department, the professional fee for that filing is earned and is not refundable. The remaining fee for any further steps not yet begun is refunded.
• Government fees, stamp duty, portal charges and third-party professional fees that have already been paid are not refundable.

When Swaseva cancels

If we are unable to carry out a service we have accepted, for example because the service is not available in your district or a department has stopped accepting that type of application, we refund the full amount you paid for it, including any government fee not yet remitted.

Rejected applications

If a department rejects an application because of an error on our side, we file it again at no extra charge, or refund the professional fee if refiling is not possible. If the rejection is because the information or documents you gave were wrong or incomplete, or because you did not respond to a query in time, the fee is not refundable; we will tell you what is needed to apply again and quote for it.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money was deducted but the payment shows as failed, write to namaste@swaseva.com with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. We initiate the refund within 7 working days of approving it. It usually appears in your account within 5 to 10 working days after that, depending on your bank. We cannot pay refunds in cash or to a different account.

How to ask for a refund

Write to namaste@swaseva.com or message +91 74477 00060 with your name, order reference, the amount paid and the reason. We acknowledge every request within 2 working days and tell you our decision within 7 working days. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer at the same email with the subject “Grievance”.
