नियम और शर्तें
स्वसेवा किन शर्तों पर आपके लिए काम करता है।

Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of swaseva.com and every service you buy from Swaseva Private Limited (“Swaseva”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy.
If you are acting for a company, firm or other business, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
What Swaseva does
Swaseva helps small businesses with their paperwork: GST registration and returns, business registrations, licences and renewals, replies to notices, documents and similar compliance work. We prepare and file applications with the relevant government departments on your behalf, and our executives meet you in person where needed.
Swaseva is a service company. We are not a government department, and we are not a law firm. Where a matter needs a licensed professional, such as an advocate or a chartered accountant, we tell you so and connect you with one. Any advice such a professional gives is their own.
Free Business Report
The Free Business Report is a general indication of the registrations, licences and filings a business of your kind may need, based on what you tell us. It is free, it does not create any obligation on you, and it is not professional or legal advice. The report is prepared from your answers; if those are incomplete, the report will be too.
Pricing and fees
- Every service has a professional fee that we tell you before any work starts, by phone, WhatsApp or in writing. The fee you confirm is the fee you pay.
- Government fees, stamp duty, late fees, penalties and charges levied by a department or portal are separate from our professional fee. We tell you the expected amount in advance and collect it from you at actual cost.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
- If the scope of work changes after you confirm, for example because a department asks for something more, we tell you the revised fee before continuing.
Payment
Payments on the website are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet. Payment details are entered on Razorpay’s secure page and are not stored by Swaseva.
Some services need an advance before work starts, and the balance on completion. We tell you the schedule when you confirm the order. Work may be paused if a due payment is not received.
What we need from you
- Accurate and complete information and documents, given when we ask for them. Government applications are filed on the basis of what you provide; we cannot check facts we have no way of knowing.
- Timely responses. Many filings have deadlines set by the department, and a delay on your side can mean a late fee or a rejected application.
- Authority to act. By ordering a service you authorise Swaseva to submit applications, documents and fees to the relevant departments on your behalf and to receive communications about them.
- Lawful use. You will not use our services for any business or purpose that is illegal.
Timelines and outcomes
We give you an expected time for each service based on our experience. Government processing times, portal downtime, queries raised by an officer and public holidays are outside our control, and the final decision on any application rests with the department. We do not guarantee that a registration, licence or reply will be approved, only that it will be prepared and filed correctly and followed up diligently.
Our responsibility
If we make an error in work we have done, we correct it at no extra charge. Our total liability for any service is limited to the professional fee you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business interruption, or for penalties that result from information you gave us being wrong or late.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Website use
The content, design, logo and name of Swaseva are our property and may not be copied without permission. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, scrape it, or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend access to anyone who misuses the website.
The website may link to government portals and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
Communication
By giving us your phone number you agree that we may call you and message you on SMS and WhatsApp about your report, your order and related services. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying “STOP” or writing to namaste@swaseva.com; we will still contact you about work in progress.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be referred to our Grievance Officer at namaste@swaseva.com. If it is not resolved within 30 days, the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction.
